Role Overview:

We are seeking an innovative and self-motivated Senior Graphic Designer who thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating compelling and high-converting graphic content for e-commerce and Amazon marketplaces. This role is pivotal in shaping our brands' visual identity and optimizing graphic assets to drive customer engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative design concepts for various projects, including Amazon product listing images, A+ Content, storefront designs, website UI, and product packaging.
  • Conduct in-depth creative research to identify emerging design trends and inspiration from competitors and industry leaders.
  • Optimize designs specifically for Amazon to maximize conversions, ensuring all graphics effectively communicate product features and brand identity.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, brand management, and design teams to deliver high-quality designs that align with brand standards and strategic goals.
  • Create detailed visual content, including illustrations, infographics, and digital assets for multiple platforms (Amazon, social media, websites).
  • Review and refine designs to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance with Amazon guidelines.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and present innovative design ideas to management and cross-functional teams.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to junior designers to maintain high design standards.
