Position: Director General
Pay Scale: BPS-20 (Regular)
Maximum Age: 55 years

Qualifications & Experience:
Ph.D. degree with 13 years' experience in the relevant field in BPS-17 and above or equivalent in a Government/Semi-Government/Public Sector Organisation/Autonomous body/Corporation.
OR
MPhil with 15 years' experience in the relevant field in BPS-17 and above or equivalent in a Government/Semi-Government/Public Sector Organisation/Autonomous body/Corporation.
OR
Master's degree with 17 years' experience in the relevant field in BPS-17 and above or equivalent in a Government/Semi-Government/Public Sector Organisation/Autonomous body/Corporation.
* "Experience" means experience gained after obtaining the required qualification. * "Master's Degree" means 16 years of education.

Punjab (Women) = 1
Sindh (R) = 2
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa = 2
Ex-FATA (Newly merged districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) = 1

Place of Posting: Anywhere at HEC, including Regional Centres located in Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, and Quetta.
