Admission Counselor

Location: Pace Campus of IT

Are you passionate about helping students take the first step in their IT careers? Pace Campus of IT is looking for a dedicated and energetic Student Counselor / Admission Coordinator to join our team

Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on IT courses such as Web Development, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, etc.
• Guide students through the admission process — from inquiry to enrollment
• Respond to walk-ins, phone calls, and online inquiries
• Keep records of student interactions and maintain CRM/database
• Coordinate with instructors and admin staff to ensure smooth onboarding
• Participate in promotional events and career seminars

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (IT or related field preferred but not mandatory)
• 1+ year of experience in counseling or admissions (education sector preferred)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Knowledge of IT courses and industry trends is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office, social media, and basic CRM systems
