Position Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer to join our engineering team and help us create dynamic software applications. In this role, He/She will be responsible for writing and testing scalable code, developing back-end components, and integrating user-facing elements in collaboration with front-end developers.

Education & Professional Qualification:

• Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, NLP or a related field.
• Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certification in a relevant field is a plus.

Experience:

• 3+ years of relevant experience as a Python Developer.

Responsibilities:

• Research and develop NLP models and algorithms to solve complex problems in natural language understanding and generation.
• Design and implement NLP systems for text classification, language understanding, sentiment analysis, and text generation.
• Design and implement deep learning systems for tasks such as image, speech recognition, and generative models.
• Collaborate with the team to integrate NLP models into other machine learning and AI systems.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the performance of the NLP models and improve the performance of the machine learning models.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest NLP, machine learning, and computer vision research and technologies.
• Design and implement machine learning systems for tasks such as prediction, classification, clustering, and anomaly detection.

• Experience with Pre-trained Models such as Bert, Roberta, XL Net, GPT etc.
• Strong experience in NLP, machine learning, and deep learning.
• Experience with Python, deep learning framework TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras and other machine learning frameworks.
• Experience with NLP toolkits such as NLTK, spaCy, or CoreNLP.
• Experience in customer service, or working with customer service chatbot and dialogue agent, is a plus.
• Experience with voice recognition and speech-to-text technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
