Credentialing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Credentialing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in provider credentialing for both commercial and federal payers across multiple specialties.

• Manage initial credentialing for healthcare providers.
• Prepare and submit applications to commercial and government payers.
• Maintain and update CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, and other payer portals.
• Track application statuses, expirations, and re-credentialing timelines.
• Communicate with insurance companies, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized records and protect sensitive provider information

• 1–2 years of experience in credentialing
• Familiarity with credentialing platforms (CAQH, PECOS, Availity, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
