SAP HCM CONSULTANT

As an SAP HCM Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation and support of the SAP HCM module, serving as an integral part of the IT HCM business team. Your responsibilities will include functional master data management, business process optimization, change management support, and acting as a liaison between end users and the implementation team. Success in this role depends on your comprehensive understanding of SAP HCM processes, effective communication, and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead the implementation of the SAP HCM module, including defining, designing, building, and deploying solutions.
  2. Manage functional master data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  3. Collaborate with business process owners to define and maintain HR processes.
  4. Ensure quality of Business Process documents related to HR.
  5. Coordinate updates to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed.
  6. Develop business work instructions, end-user documentation, training materials, and localizations.
  7. Finalize process specifications and functional requirements for WRICEF (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms).
  8. Provide business scenarios to IT and facilitate their implementation.
  9. Support data migration from legacy systems to SAP.
  10. Assist in post-Go-Live support for HR issues and enhancements.
  11. Maintain communication with stakeholders to improve data quality.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in HR from an accredited institution.
  2. At least 4 years of experience in HCM.
  3. Proficiency in business analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, and support post-implementation.
  4. Expertise in SAP IMG for HR process configuration.
  5. Ability to translate business objectives into functional and technical requirements.
  6. Experience in business process re-engineering, GAP analysis, and TO-BE modeling.
  7. Knowledge of debugging and understanding ABAP code to troubleshoot bugs.
  8. Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.
