Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the implementation, customization, and maintenance of the university's ERP system to support administrative processes, including student information systems, finance, human resources, and procurement.
  • Collaborate with department heads and end-users to identify requirements, configure system modules, and streamline business processes.
  • Design, implement, and maintain the university's networking infrastructure, including wired and wireless networks, routers, switches, firewalls, and network security protocols.
  • Manage server infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers, storage systems, and backup solutions, to ensure reliability, availability, and data protection.
  • Collaborate with university leadership to develop IT strategic plans, budgets, and roadmaps aligned with institutional goals and priorities.
  • Research emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in educational technology to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT management, preferably in a higher education environment.
  • Strong technical expertise in enterprise resource planning systems, networking infrastructure, and system administration.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and networking technologies.
