Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented "Technical Writer" to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting technical proposals, developing comprehensive documentation, and ensuring that content is clear and engaging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft high-quality technical proposals and product documentation in collaboration with the design team and subject-matter experts.
  • Develop, organize, and write user manuals, procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation.
  • Work with product management teams to identify and implement documentation repositories and centralized storage solutions.
  • Maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive database of reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specifications.
  • Evaluate existing content and suggest innovative improvements to enhance clarity and user engagement.
  • Create and maintain information architecture templates that meet organizational and legal standards, ensuring easy data migration and updates.
  • Work closely with engineers and other technical teams to improve user experience and create helpful visuals and diagrams for technical content.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Three or more years of experience as a technical writer with a proven ability to write clear and effective documentation.
  • Strong written communication skills with an eye for detail and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Experience in writing documentation and procedure manuals for different audiences.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter and communicate it effectively.
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is a plus.
  • Experience working with engineers to refine content, improve user experience, and create visuals and diagrams for technical support materials.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
