Web Developer (Remote, Full-Time)
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in web development
- Strong proficiency in:
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and basic Java
- SQL and database integration
- Proven expertise in Hostinger, including:
- hPanel setup and management
- Hosting setup, email configuration, DNS management, SSL certificates, and backups
- Domain connection, DNS configuration, and website migration
- Disaster recovery, backup setup, and uptime management
- cPanel, FTP, and website health tools management

Essential Skills:
- Proactive monitoring of site performance and bug fixing
- Familiarity with GTMetrix, Google PageSpeed, and basic SEO principles
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Desirable Skills:
- CMS experience (e.g., WordPress)
- Git version control familiarity
- Cloud hosting exposure (e.g., AWS, DigitalOcean)

Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields (M.Phil/Ph.D. preferred but not mandatory)
- Relevant certifications in web development or hosting
