
Pre-Sales & Proposal Governance Consultant

This position is responsible for Pre-Sales and Proposal Management activities, focusing on ensuring timely and high-quality submissions. The role requires proactive collaboration with sales, product, and technical teams to thoroughly understand client requirements, including RFPs, bids, and other solicitations. The goal is to ensure proposals are well-crafted, compliant, and strategically aligned with the client's needs and business objectives.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Independently manage the end-to-end proposal/bid lifecycle from RFP receipt to submission, ensuring timely and complete responses.
- Ensure proposal quality, compliance with internal processes, and alignment with client requirements.
- Coordinate proposal/bid progress and facilitate effective communication among cross-functional teams.
- Lead requirement analysis, identify risks, define bid strategy, and support solution development for competitive proposals.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to map solutions and respond accurately to RFPs, RFIs, and other solicitations.
- Develop a strong understanding of InfoTech's service offerings to position solutions effectively in proposals.
- Familiarize with InfoTech's IP solutions and align them with client requirements.
- Oversee risk management throughout the proposal process, including risk identification, mitigation strategies, and issue resolution.
