This role has the flexibility to work 100% remotely, with occasional visits required to one of our office sites.

As part of growth, we are looking for an AI Engineer to join the team in Pakistan. This is a highly autonomous role that will see you install, configure and support the IoT solutions for multiple clients.

1. Should have experience in working with ELK (Elasticsearch & Kibana) Stack.
2. Lead the preparation, installation/configuration of software and equipment for clients inc. post-go-live support.
3. Maintenance of IT and industrial IoT infrastructure.
4. Visit customer sites to troubleshoot any issues, implement fixes and coordinate with the product team to communicate with wider R&D research.
5. Work with Sales to implement trials and site surveys to ensure our technical solution matches the realities of customers' needs, machines and factory environment.
6. Configure and test hardware components in preparation for installation.
7. Test installs and help customers validate that our devices are capturing accurate data.
8. Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success teams to fix technical problems or install replacement equipment.
9. Work with the product team to identify new technologies that could be used to serve customer needs and build prototype or MVP solutions.

1. Strong experience with Python and knowledge of C# or C/C++ is a plus.
2. Linux operating system knowledge and experience are a must.
3. Previous experience of delivering projects in an Agile environment.
4. TDD Familiarity.
5. Open-source development tools and methodology understanding.
6. Embedded systems security mechanisms.
7. Strong debug and problem-solving skills using the latest tools.
8. Experienced developing and debugging multithreaded and/or multiprocess code.
9. Ability to understand complex issues and discuss them via phone, email and other methods.
10. Flexible, can-do approach.
11. Consultancy or other customer facing role.

1. Minimum 2 years' experience in software development.
2. Networking protocols and standards including TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, UPnP, DLNA, HLS or MPEG-DASH.
3. Experience of secure interfacing with head-end systems.
4. Scrum methodologies.
