Job Summary

As a Podcast social media content strategist, you will be responsible for crafting comprehensive analyses tailored to our prospects' needs. This role combines research, content strategy evaluation, and presentation creation to deliver actionable insights. You will play a critical role in supporting our sales and client acquisition efforts by showcasing our expertise and value.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze podcasts based on content, quality, and audience engagement.
• Research the podcast's online presence across platforms like Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube.
• Understand the podcast's business model, including monetization strategies such as sponsorships, subscriptions, or offers.
• Assess show titles, show notes, and consistency in publishing schedules.
• Identify gaps and provide actionable recommendations to improve content quality and audience growth.
• Conduct websites' analysis linked to the podcast and understand between the podcaster's business & their podcast
• Conduct a complete and thorough review of all social media strategies
• Make recommendations based on your analysis and collaborate with the team to produce personalized analyses for leads.

Business Analysis

• Create and customize lead generation presentations for businesses
• Research client businesses to understand their content strategy, current online presence, and market positioning.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of blogs, social media activity, and existing lead magnets.
• Suggest tailored lead magnet ideas, such as e-books or exclusive resources, to enhance lead capture.
• Ensure presentations are visually engaging, professionally formatted, and aligned with client needs.
• Manage animations and transitions in presentation software to ensure smooth delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in presentation tools (e.g., Google Slides, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with research tools and platforms, including LinkedIn, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of content marketing and podcasting trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when conducting analyses.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables.
• Track and update analysis requests in Notion, ensuring timely completion and status updates.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in podcast marketing or content strategy.
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Google Drive, and ChatGPT.
