Are you ready to grow your career in sales? We're looking for aSales Representative (Cold Calling Agent)with6 months to 1 year of proven experiencein cold calling, telesales, or telemarketing. If you're confident on calls, driven by targets, and eager to convert leads into results — we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to potential clients and pitch products/services
  • Generate, qualify, and pass on leads or close the sale directly
  • Follow provided sales scripts and personalize conversations as needed
  • Handle objections effectively and maintain a positive, persuasive tone
  • Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and conversations in the CRM system
  • Stay informed about product features, pricing, and promotions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve performance and results

Requirements:

6 months to 1 year of experience in cold calling or telesales(must-have)

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Comfortable with high call volumes and sales targets

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and data entry

Confident, goal-oriented, and eager to grow in a sales role
