Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Teaching Faculty member at SKANS School of Accountancy, located in Rawalpindi. The Teaching Faculty will be responsible for delivering lectures, preparing course materials, evaluating student performance, and guiding students through their academic journey. Additional responsibilities include participating in curriculum development, attending faculty meetings, providing mentorship, and staying updated with advancements in the field to ensure the highest quality of education.

Qualifications
  • Strong teaching and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge and expertise in subjects related to accounting and finance
  • Experience in course development and instructional design
  • Ability to assess and evaluate student performance effectively
  • Dedication to continuous learning and professional development
  • Master's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
  • Experience in the education sector or professional qualifications (CA, ACCA, CFA, etc.) is a plus
  • Proficiency in using educational technology and tools
