We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance Engineer (Fresher) to join our dynamic QA team. The candidate will assist in manual and automated testing of web, mobile, and software applications to ensure high quality and excellent user experience.

Key Responsibilities:


• Understand software requirements and specifications.


• Create, maintain, and execute test cases based on requirements.


• Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing.


• Identify, document, and report bugs and errors to development teams.


• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure product quality.


• Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback on testability.


• Support the team in developing test plans and strategies.


• Learn and assist in automation testing when required.

Required Skills:


• Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).


• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Basic knowledge of manual testing concepts.


• Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA (preferred).


• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.


• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.


• Knowledge of any testing tools (Selenium, Postman, etc.) is a plus but not mandatory.


• Basic understanding of programming languages is an advantage.
