Are you passionate about international education and deeply familiar with the US and Australian university systems? Do you thrive on building partnerships, expanding markets, and helping students access transformative educational experiences? INTO University Partnerships is looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Recruitment Manager to lead our efforts across the USA and Australia from our South Asia hub in Lahore.

This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping how we grow and support our recruitment from Pakistan and the wider region, especially into North America and Australasia. You'll be part of a collaborative global network working to connect ambitious students with world-class universities across the UK, USA, and Australia.

In this role, you'll take ownership of our USA and Australia student recruitment strategy in Pakistan. You'll bring insight, energy, and leadership to expand our agent networks, strengthen relationships with universities, and support students through their journey to studying abroad. You'll work closely with regional and global teams, as well as local agents, to deliver growth and ensure students receive clear, high-quality guidance and support. This role will also involve travel within the region for agent engagement and student-facing activities.

This is a role that combines strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution, and we're looking for someone who brings both.

Who We're Looking For

You'll be a motivated, confident, and knowledgeable professional with experience in student recruitment, international education, or education marketing. You'll understand what students and families in Pakistan look for when considering study in the US or Australia, and you'll know how to connect with them through the right channels and partners.

You will also be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your ability to manage targets, nurture key relationships, and think creatively will be vital. If you have experience working across both the US and Australian markets, that's ideal, but strength in one, paired with a willingness to grow into the other, is also welcome.

You'll be based in Lahore and will join a supportive team who value collaboration, innovation, and putting students first.
