Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as theprimary point of contactfor clients post-sale.
  • Understand client goals,technical architecture, andproject scopeto lead successful execution.
  • Lead and participate intechnical discussionswith clients to define requirements and proposeAI/LLM-powered solutionswhen appropriate.
  • Translate client needs intowell-defined technical tasksfor internal development and design teams.
  • Collaborate with developers and designersto track progress, maintain timelines, and uphold quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigaterisks, blockers, or scope-related issuesproactively.
  • Ensure clarity and alignment onproject scope, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Maintain high standards ofcode quality, system performance, andcommunication.
  • Align internal resources effectively to meet project objectives and solve technical challenges.
  • Independently develop prototypes or featureswhen required (especially in fast-paced or early-stage engagements).
  • Mentor junior engineersand foster acollaborative, growth-oriented team environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree inComputer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on software development experience(preferably full-stack).
  • Strong command of:
  • Python(required)
  • Laravel,Node.js,React.js(or similar modern stacks)
  • Experience working with:
  • Langchain, vector databases, or similar AI orchestration tools
  • Ability todesign and buildMVPs, technical POCs, and integrations yourself.
  • Proven experience inclient-facing rolesor managing external client relationships.
  • Strongproblem-solving and strategic thinkingskills.
  • Excellentcommunication and leadership abilities.
  • Familiarity withagile methodologiesand project management tools like ClickUp, Jira, Trello, or Notion.

Preferred

  • Prior experience as aTechnical Lead, Team Lead, orAI Solutions Architect.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and convert them intoAI-integrated technical architectures.
  • Experience withLangchain,LLM evaluation,prompt engineering,RAG pipelines, etc.
  • Familiarity withDevOps practices,CI/CD pipelines, andcloud platforms(AWS, GCP, or Azure).
