Health & Safety and Lifting Equipment Trainer

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Lahore, for a Health & Safety and Lifting Equipment Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training sessions on health & safety, occupational health, and environment health and safety (EHS). Day-to-day tasks include conducting workplace safety training, evaluating safety procedures, and ensuring adherence to safety standards. The trainer will also provide guidance and support to improve workplace safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct training sessions on Health & Safety and Lifting Equipment Handling.
  2. Develop and update training materials as per industry standards.
  3. Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and other relevant safety standards.
  4. Train individuals and corporate clients in First Aid, Defensive Driving, Electrical Safety, and Lifting Equipment Operation.
  5. Assess trainees' performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  6. Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in health & safety training.
  7. Stay updated on industry best practices and certification standards.
  8. Coordinate with internal teams and clients to schedule and deliver training programs.

Required Qualifications & Certifications:

  1. Defensive Driving Trainer Certification
  2. Electrical Safety Trainer Certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field preferred).
  2. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  3. Experience in corporate training or technical safety training.
  4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple training programs.
