Overview

Master Plastic Pack Ltd., established on July 4, 2003, is a premier provider of flexible packaging and printing solutions in Pakistan. We serve key sectors including FMCG, food, beverage, and pharmaceuticals. We are seeking a Supervisor Quality Control with 6 years of experience in the accounting industry to ensure the highest standards of quality in our products.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate QC inspectors during shift operations.
  • Ensure raw materials, in-process, and finished goods are inspected as per defined specifications.
  • Maintain accurate quality control records and prepare daily QC reports.
  • Identify quality issues or process deviations and report immediately to the QC Incharge.
  • Coordinate with production teams to resolve non-conformities and ensure rework or rejection procedures are followed.
  • Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to quality checks.
  • Assist in internal and external audits and ensure proper documentation is available.
  • Conduct training sessions for QC staff regarding quality standards and procedures.
  • Sugest improvements to reduce waste and enhance product consistency.
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety within the QC area.
Job Specification

- Strong understanding of quality control standards and methodologies.
- Proficient in using quality assurance tools and software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

Qualification & Experience
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in the packaging or plastic industry, preferably in rotogravure or flexographic printing setups.
  • Knowledge of QC tools and techniques like sampling, defect categorization, rejection handling, etc.
