As an Associate Product Manager / Business Analyst, you'll play a critical supporting role in Swapp's product team. You'll work closely with senior product managers and cross-functional squads to help launch new features, run product operations, and drive decision-making through data.

This is a fantastic opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about product, technology, and solving real user problems. You'll get a front-row seat to how modern digital products are built—while making meaningful contributions along the way.

You will:

  • Support product managers in launching new initiatives and managing existing features across Swapp's B2C app and payments system.

  • Own data analysis and reporting for ongoing product performance, experiments, and user behavior.

  • Help keep product operations running smoothly, from organizing sprints and managing dashboards to QA and documentation.

  • Contribute to user research, competitive analysis, and problem discovery work.

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to bring product ideas to life.

Your responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze user and product data to inform decisions and surface insights.

  • Work with product managers to define product requirements, track timelines, and support execution.

  • Build dashboards and reports using tools like Google Sheets and BI tools to monitor product health.

  • Conduct QA and support UAT testing to ensure quality releases.

  • Document features, user flows, and product updates for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Participate in discovery work, such as mapping user journeys, analyzing feedback, or reviewing industry benchmarks.

  • Help manage operational tasks like sprint planning, release tracking, and stakeholder updates.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in product, business analysis, consulting, or data roles.

  • Prior experience with AI-driven automation or process enablement will be a big plus.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL is a plus.

  • A structured thinker who enjoys breaking down problems and finding clarity.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

  • A strong interest in technology, startups, and user experience.

  • Prior internship or coursework related to product management, business analysis, or user research is a bonus—but not required.

Your location:

We work on a hybrid model with a significant chunk of the time spent in the office. However, we fully support remote days for focused work. Our office is in Islamabad, Pakistan. Don't be discouraged if you are not in Islamabad - we are always open to finding a way to make it work with the right candidate.
