Job Description: Social Media Manager & Marketer

We are hiring an experienced and creative Social Media Manager & Marketer (Onsite - Night Shift) to handle the social presence of multiple brands across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage social media accounts for multiple brands across all major platforms.
  2. Plan, create, and execute paid advertising campaigns for Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat for brands such as fashion, banquet/event venues, and medical supplies.
  3. Monitor, optimize, and scale paid campaigns, including daily budget management and performance analysis.
  4. Set up and manage Meta Commerce tools including Facebook Shop, Instagram Shop, and Commerce Manager.
  5. Develop detailed and organized monthly social media calendars for each brand.
  6. Conduct content research and stay updated with ongoing trends, viral reels, and trending topics relevant to the industries.
  7. Collaborate with photographers and graphic designers, providing creative direction aligned with U.S. fashion trends.
  8. Conduct weekly meetings with Facebook account managers, creative teams, and internal management.
  9. Perform advanced audience segmentation, targeting, and retargeting strategies to improve ad performance.
  10. Ensure technical setup and troubleshooting of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and Domain Verification.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing multi-brand social media accounts and running paid ad campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy, analytics, and social trends.
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and e-commerce tools.
  • Ability to lead creative direction and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Awareness of U.S.-based fashion, seasonal trends, and content culture.
  • Technical knowledge of ad tracking tools and domain-level integrations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
