We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager Financial Operations to lead and optimise the financial processes of our dynamic IT business. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and operations, ensuring robust financial health and compliance while driving efficiency and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Business Unit (BU) Heads to develop financial models, forecasts, and annual plans.
  2. Conduct pre- and post-sales reviews of project costing, financial evaluations, and profitability analysis in collaboration with sales teams.
  3. Manage annual financial forecasting, operational planning, and budgeting, including capital expenditure budgets, to meet strategic objectives.
  4. Oversee daily financial operations, banking credit lines, and related management reporting.
  5. Monitor project financial execution to ensure timelines are met; manage invoicing and receivables.
  6. Supervise supply chain functions, including coordination with imports, warehousing, stock logistics, and deliveries.
  7. Collaborate with accounts, imports, sales, operations, and product departments to achieve financial goals.
  8. Provide financial guidance to Business Unit Heads and ensure compliance with operational standards.
  9. Ensure adherence to tax and SBP financial regulations and policies relevant to the IT sector.
Qualifications:
  1. Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA).
  2. Up to 5 years of industry experience, with at least 2 years in financial planning and analysis in an operational role, preferably in IT companies.
  3. Excellent communication skills for presenting complex financial information to stakeholders.
  4. Proficiency in financial modeling tools, Excel, and ERP systems.
  5. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking to drive performance and growth.
  6. Age not more than 35 years.
