Front-End / Ionic Web & Mobile App Developer

Location: Eplanet Global – Head Office, Bahadurabad, Karachi

Job Type: Full-time | Day Shift

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Front-End / Ionic Web & Mobile App Developer with a strong background in developing hybrid mobile applications and progressive web apps (PWAs). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Ionic (v5/6), Angular (v8/9), and related technologies, and will play a key role in delivering high-quality user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop hybrid mobile applications and PWAs using the Ionic framework.
  • Design and implement responsive and interactive UIs using Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Create and integrate custom Cordova and Capacitor plugins as needed.
  • Work with RESTful APIs and manage data integration using JSON, XML, and SQLite.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design principles.
  • Contribute to the CI/CD process for deploying applications.
  • Collaborate effectively in Agile development teams and communicate progress clearly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Ionic 5/6, Angular 8/9, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience with RESTful API integration and understanding of UI/UX best practices.
  • Familiarity with mobile platform standards and native APIs.
  • Hands-on experience developing and integrating Capacitor/Cordova plugins.
  • Proficiency in handling data formats like JSON, XML, and databases like SQLite.
  • Solid understanding of version control systems such as Git.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.
