Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate English & IELTS Instructor to train our employees in improving their communication skills, confidence, and fluency in spoken and written English, with a focus on IELTS preparation. This role is essential to help enhance our team's global communication standards and professional presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct engaging training sessions focused on spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, listening, and pronunciation.
  • Design and deliver customized lessons to improve confidence in communication, especially for client interaction and meetings.
  • Provide structured training for IELTS preparation (Academic & General, depending on need), including Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking modules.
  • Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and presentations to enhance public speaking and fluency.
  • Regularly assess employees' progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Create a supportive and motivating learning environment.
  • Maintain records of attendance, lesson plans, and progress reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
  • Certification in TESOL/TEFL/CELTA or IELTS Trainer Certification is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience teaching English or IELTS.
  • Strong command of the English language (spoken and written).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate adult learners with diverse language levels.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in corporate or in-house training.
  • Familiarity with digital tools for language instruction (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
  • Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching.
