What is Decentralized Masters?

Decentralized Masters is an educational platform that teaches retail customers how to leverage the new world of Decentralized Finance (DeFi) to preserve and grow their capital. We provide tools such as custom videos, live sessions, 1-on-1 mentorship, proprietary tools, and research reports to help individuals with no prior crypto experience become DeFi Masters. Our goal is to create the largest DeFi ecosystem by establishing the go-to educational platform in the space.

What will you be doing?

As an Animator, you will create high-quality animations to bring ideas, stories, and characters to life. You will work with designers, illustrators, and writers to produce animations for various projects, including films, commercials, video games, and social media content. Your work will involve both 2D and 3D animation, ensuring alignment with our brand's vision and style.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality 2D and/or 3D animations based on project needs.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts, storyboards, and animatics.
  • Work with designers and illustrators to ensure animation consistency.
  • Rig characters and objects for animation.
  • Animate characters, objects, and environments with smooth motion.
  • Meet deadlines and maintain high quality standards.
  • Revise animations based on feedback.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and tools.
  • Assist in developing visual assets like backgrounds and effects.
  • Optimize animations for different platforms and devices.

What will you bring?

  • Bachelor's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field (preferred)
  • At least 1 year of proven animation experience with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in software such as Adobe Animate, After Effects, Toon Boom Harmony, Maya, Blender, or similar.
  • Understanding of animation principles like timing, motion, and storytelling.
  • Ability to collaborate and take direction.
  • Creative skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of visual effects, compositing, and rendering is a plus.
  • Experience with sound design and video editing is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of English.
