What We're Building

We're currently developing a next-gen Customer Success Platform that blends real-time communication, intelligent task automation, and client lifecycle tracking into a unified interface. Think Slack + Intercom + project health dashboards—custom-built for our internal and external stakeholders.

We're looking for someone who enjoys building both backend systems (Django, REST APIs, async consumers) and interactive frontend interfaces (React, Next.js, TypeScript), and understands how they connect.

Role Summary

As an Intermediate Full-Stack Developer, you'll work across the stack to build and enhance our core Customer Success platform. You'll take ownership of backend components like Django APIs and WebSocket consumers, and also collaborate on front-end flows using React and TypeScript. You should be confident in navigating both backend and frontend contexts and eager to learn deeper architecture patterns as you grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop backend features using Django and Django REST Framework.
• Build interactive frontend components using React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
• Contribute to real-time features using Django Channels and WebSockets (e.g., live chat, notifications).
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code across the stack.
• Work closely with product and design teams to bring UI/UX to life.
• Help maintain API documentation and ensure strong typing (e.g., with TypeScript & DRF serializers).
• Participate in peer code reviews, standups, and sprint planning.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and improve system performance collaboratively.

Requirements: Technical Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in software development, with a strong foundation in:
• Python and Django (especially REST APIs)
• React, TypeScript, Next.js
• Experience with database design and querying (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Familiarity with async features in Django (e.g., Channels, WebSockets).
• Comfortable working with Git, Docker, and Linux development environments.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD workflows is a bonus.
