Responsibilities
  • Ensure high-quality data collection, analysis, and entry using internal and external research sources.
  • Understand dataset workflows and utilize work tools effectively.
  • Contribute ideas for new data collection methods and product improvements.
  • Meet individual and team targets with quality and excellence.
  • Develop technical expertise within the department.
  • Support troubleshooting and workflow enhancements.
  • Review feedback to improve data accuracy and refine procedures.
Qualifications
  • BBA/MBA in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates or with up to 6 months of experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of financial statements and secondary research sources.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Strong analytical and interpretive skills.
