We are looking for a Tier 2 Network Engineer- Aruba Networks responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting network devices within an organization or between organizations. The role involves managing key client networks, ensuring their maintenance and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate must have extensive experience with Aruba Central, Security Service Edge (SSE), and ClearPass, along with a strong understanding of network security, wireless infrastructure, and network management solutions. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining network systems to ensure high availability, security, and performance.

Job Responsibilities
  • Over 5 years of hands-on experience focusing on Aruba Central, SSE, and ClearPass implementation.
  • Proven troubleshooting skills with a focus on timely and accurate resolution of incidents and problems.
  • Leading network upgrade or expansion projects, including hardware/software installation, testing, and coordination without disrupting existing systems.
  • Effective communication and coordination with team members, managers, and clients to maintain high service levels.
  • Developing complex documentation for installation, network topology, and troubleshooting.
  • Quick learner in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills.
Job Requirements
  • Technical issues resolution related to Aruba Central, SSE, and ClearPass.
  • Deployment, configuration, and optimization of Aruba platforms for secure network access.
  • Designing and managing Aruba ClearPass solutions, implementing authentication policies, and troubleshooting network access issues.
  • Managing and monitoring network devices via Aruba Central, including report generation and performance assessment.
  • Configuring SSE as a service platform, integrating ZTNA, SWG, CASB, and DEM.
  • At least two years of experience with SD-WAN technologies.
  • Preferred: prior SASE experience.
  • Knowledge of security standards like PCI, HIPAA.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with network diagnostic tools.
  • Supporting rotation shifts and 24/7 on-call support.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills; team-oriented attitude.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or 5 years related experience.

Location: Telecommute.

Certifications: Aruba Certified ClearPass Professional (ACCP), Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP), Aruba Certified Design Professional (ACDP), Aruba Certified SD-WAN Deployment Professional (ACSDP).
