  • Prosecution of Gas Theft Cases in Gas Utility Court and High Court under the Gas Theft Control and Recovery Act 2016.
  • Drafting cases, appeals, reviews, revisions, petitions, and written statements; representing the company in court.
  • Vetting FIR/154 CrPC statements, preparing daily prosecution reports, and coordinating with the prosecution wing.
  • Supervising prosecution cases in Gas Utility Court.
  • Proceeding of Gas Theft Cases as Prosecutor in Gas Utility Court.
  • Keeping the prosecution wing updated and preparing witnesses for court.
