Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries, comments, and concerns.

Foster positive relationships with followers and influencers, driving engagement through interactive and meaningful interactions.

Track and analyze social media metrics and KPIs to assess performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any subject

Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the cosmetics or fashion industry.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Strong creative skills, with the ability to develop compelling content that resonates with target audiences.

Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Passion for beauty, cosmetics, and staying abreast of industry trends.
