Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Creative Designer to join our growing team. This role will support the company's marketing, branding, and communication efforts by producing high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, excellent technical proficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively in a structured, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and design creative assets for digital campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, and print materials.
  • Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a professional, consistent look and feel.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to interpret briefs, generate concepts, and execute high-impact design solutions.
  • Support content creation for marketing proposals, internal communications, and corporate materials.
  • Design assets for brand development, including logos, icons, templates, and visual guidelines.
  • Manage and maintain a well-organized digital asset library and design files.
  • Monitor design trends and suggest improvements to maintain relevance and visual appeal.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in a creative or graphic design role.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Canva or Figma is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent layout, color, and typography skills.
  • Experience designing across various formats including digital ads, print collateral, and corporate documents.
  • Ability to interpret business objectives and translate them into visual content.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred - But Not Required
  • Experience with motion graphics or simple animations (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
  • Familiarity with basic UI/UX principles or website layout design.
  • Prior experience working in a corporate or B2B environment.
