Crickslab is a leading cricket technology platform digitizing cricket operations globally. We empower cricket associations, clubs, academies, and broadcasters through live scoring, livestream graphics, AI-driven player insights, ground booking, tournament management, and social media automation.

We are looking for a Sales Lead to join our Lahore IT Centre. You will be responsible for building a strong sales funnel, expanding Crickslab's client base, leading the sales team, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Build, manage, and optimize the sales pipeline.
  2. Identify new opportunities with cricket associations, clubs, academies, broadcasters, and leagues.
  3. Lead the development and expansion of the sales team.
  4. Execute outbound and inbound sales strategies aligned with growth goals.
  5. Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients.
  6. Analyze sales performance metrics and optimize lead conversion.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 3+ years of proven success in B2B or tech platform sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Growth-hacking attitude with a focus on results and client satisfaction.
  • Ability to lead and manage a growing team.
  • Knowledge or passion for cricket and sports technology is highly preferred.
