Crickslab is a leading cricket technology platform digitizing cricket operations globally. We empower cricket associations, clubs, academies, and broadcasters through live scoring, livestream graphics, AI-driven player insights, ground booking, tournament management, and social media automation.
We are looking for a Sales Lead to join our Lahore IT Centre. You will be responsible for building a strong sales funnel, expanding Crickslab's client base, leading the sales team, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Build, manage, and optimize the sales pipeline.
- Identify new opportunities with cricket associations, clubs, academies, broadcasters, and leagues.
- Lead the development and expansion of the sales team.
- Execute outbound and inbound sales strategies aligned with growth goals.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and optimize lead conversion.
- 3+ years of proven success in B2B or tech platform sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Growth-hacking attitude with a focus on results and client satisfaction.
- Ability to lead and manage a growing team.
- Knowledge or passion for cricket and sports technology is highly preferred.
