Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. You will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve our clients' search engine rankings, drive organic traffic, and enhance their online presence. This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and a proven track record of successful SEO campaigns..

Job Specification:

Key Responsibilities:

  • SEO Strategy Development: Create and implement effective SEO strategies tailored to clients' business goals and target audiences.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value search terms and opportunities for content optimization.
  • On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and other on-page elements to improve search engine visibility and relevance.
  • Technical SEO: Perform technical SEO audits to identify and fix issues that may impact search engine rankings, such as site speed, mobile-friendliness, and crawl errors.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop and optimize high-quality, engaging content that aligns with SEO goals.
  • Link Building: Develop and execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, providing regular reports on key metrics and progress.
  • Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with web developers, designers, content writer and other team members to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website design and development.
  • Reports: Communicate progress and results providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful SEO campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
  • Experience with on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent understanding of keyword research, competitive analysis, and link-building strategies.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website administration.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.
