Job Description:

Qualification & Experience:

- Middle level with 2 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preheat and maintain the tandoor at the correct temperature during service hours.
  • Assist the Tandoor Chef in preparing and cooking tandoori items such as naan, roti, paratha, kebabs, etc.
  • Clean and maintain the tandoor area, utensils, and work surfaces following hygiene and safety standards.
  • Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation during non-peak hours.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and service.

  • Candidates must attach scanned copies of their academic and professional documents.
  • Ineligible candidates include NUST employees with less than one year of service and/or without an NOC from the Head of Institution, medically unfit individuals, and candidates serving in government departments or armed forces without an NOC.
