Job Summary:

ZAUQ Group is seeking a talented and proactive Social Media Content Creator to lead the development of engaging, high-quality content for our digital platforms. This role will focus on storytelling, visual creativity, and content strategy to strengthen our brand presence and communicate our innovations across the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Design:
    • Develop original, platform-specific content (graphics, videos, carousels, reels, stories, etc.) for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
    • Write compelling captions, headlines, and hashtags tailored to each platform's audience and tone.
    • Planned and produced short videos, behind-the-scenes footage, and branded visuals to communicate ZAUQ Group's mission and innovations.
    • Capture on-site content from events, product launches, and internal milestones when needed.
  • Content Strategy & Planning:
    • Create and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, industry events (like Pharma Asia), product updates, and corporate news.
    • Develop content pillars and themes that highlight innovation, leadership, community, and CSR activities.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Marketing, HR) to gather stories and visuals that reflect ZAUQ Group's core values.
  • Engagement & Brand Growth:
    • Ensure all content is visually consistent and aligned with ZAUQ Group's brand guidelines.
    • Monitor engagement on published content and adjust creative strategies based on performance insights.
    • Research trends in the healthcare and pharma space to keep content fresh, relevant, and engaging.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Media Studies, Design, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media content creation or digital marketing.
  • Strong skills in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and basic video editing.
  • Excellent visual storytelling and copywriting skills.
  • Understanding of content strategies for B2B and healthcare/pharma audiences.
  • Familiarity with social media insights and performance analytics.
