As an Occupational Health Physician at GSK Pakistan, you'll play a key role in ensuring the health and safety of our employees. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement health programs, assess risks, and provide medical support. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement health surveillance programs to manage workplace health risks effectively.
• Conduct pre-employment medical assessments and support ongoing employee health needs.
• Investigate suspected occupational illnesses and recommend timely treatment and preventive measures.
• Lead injury and illness prevention initiatives to safeguard employee well-being.
• Support ergonomic risk assessments and deliver health-related training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with local health regulations and GSK standards, striving for continuous improvement.

Qualifications/Skills

Basic Qualifications:

• MBBS degree with 2–3 years of clinical healthcare experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational health.
• Strong ability to communicate and interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical skills to assess occupational health issues and recommend solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Postgraduate qualification in occupational health or related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with local labor laws and health regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Work Arrangement:
This role is on-site at GSK Pakistan.
