Job Summary:

Nysonian Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Operations Specialist who will be responsible for optimizing and managing the processes, technologies, and systems that drive effective marketing strategies and campaigns. This role involves overseeing the marketing automation platforms, ensuring seamless integration with CRM systems, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with the marketing and sales teams to streamline operations, automate workflows, and generate data-driven insights that support business growth. A strong understanding of marketing technology, process management, and data analytics is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Support & Collaboration:

  • Work directly with the heads of marketing, sales, and product to align marketing operations with business objectives.
  • Provide operational support to senior leadership, ensuring that marketing initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing strategies with product, sales, and customer experience plans.

Campaign Execution & Optimization:

  • Oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet the agreed-upon goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Work closely with leadership to ensure campaigns align with strategic priorities and deliver measurable results.
  • Monitor and optimize marketing processes and workflows to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.

Data Analysis & Insights:

  • Create reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and help guide strategic decisions.
  • Use data to identify opportunities for marketing optimization, offering actionable recommendations to improve marketing ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot).
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing channels is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Familiarity with integration between marketing technologies and CRM systems.
  • Google Analytics certification or experience with other analytics platforms.
