Role Description:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Lahore. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, client visits, and closing deals. You will initiate strategies to achieve targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of Synergy Business Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospects.
  • Conduct client visits and meetings to present our services.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving sales targets (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and industry trends.
  • Experience in the training & consulting industry is a plus.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
