Job Description

We are seeking a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer with a passion for designing intuitive and user-friendly digital interfaces. As a mid-level designer, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to create engaging and functional designs that enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain user interface design specifications and style guides for web applications.
  2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas and solutions effectively.
  3. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
  4. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
  5. Apply user-centered design principles to improve existing user interfaces and user experience.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a similar role.
  2. Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and UI/UX work across various platforms.
  3. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
  4. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and web/mobile design standards.
  5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions.
  6. Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
