Timing: 5 PM – 2 AM

Comtanix is a fast-growing BPO (NOT a call center) situated in Bahria Phase 8, Rawalpindi. Currently, we are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to manage all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a SEO Specialist with 2-3 years of experience as a SEO Supervisor/Team Lead. The candidate will be responsible for implementing SEO and social media strategies for our clients. The SEO Analyst should be able to quickly understand and support initiatives that contribute to the goals and success of client campaigns.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies
  • Coordinate content, design, social media marketing, and other activities
  • Manage offsite and onsite optimization projects and report on team performance
  • Create and support marketing content for social media purposes (e.g., customer videos briefs, case studies, blog posts, posts from analysts and customers)
  • Perform keyword research aligned with client objectives to optimize existing content and find new opportunities
  • Develop and execute communication/content strategies via social communities in line with SEO goals
  • Stay updated with SEO, search engine, social media, and internet marketing industry trends
  • Monitor and report on web analytics dashboards, traffic, rankings, and other SEO metrics
  • Monitor social media performance and implement corrective measures, such as creating Fan Pages
  • Collaborate with social media and PPC teams to optimize campaigns

Requirements

  • Must have experience as a Team Lead/Supervisor
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Ability to work night shifts
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Web Trends
