Key Responsibilities of Lead Generation & BD Executive:Role Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a critical role in driving sales growth by generating and qualifying leads. Focused on the U.S. market, this role demands exceptional communication skills, persistence, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the company's BPO and IT consulting business.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and requirements.
- Lead Generation: Conduct proactive outreach via calls, emails, and social media to identify and engage potential clients (SQL & MQL).
- Inbound Lead Management: Respond promptly to leads generated through marketing campaigns and qualify their potential.
- Lead Qualification: Oversee advanced prospect research to ensure high-quality targeting and alignment with business priorities. Utilize criteria such as BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to qualify leads and transfer them to Senior Sales Executives.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings, product demos, or calls with qualified prospects.
- Market Research: Identify and research key decision-makers within target industries to enhance prospecting efforts.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in CRM systems such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365.
- Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed KPIs, including outreach activities and meetings booked.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's offerings, the U.S. market, and emerging industry trends.
- Minimum undergraduate degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in cold calling, lead generation, and lead qualification, preferably in the outsourcing industry or IT services in North America or European markets.
- Strong understanding of the market dynamics of outsourcing services and client needs.
- Expertise in demand lead generation, lead qualification, and business development.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and market analysis.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to articulate results and sales performance effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales processes (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) is an advantage.
