Armoured Bus Driver

We are seeking a qualified bus driver with the following qualifications and responsibilities:

1. Valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with passenger endorsement.
2. Proven experience as a bus driver (preferred).
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Physically able to sit for long periods and assist passengers as needed.
5. Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience.
6. Experience driving armored vehicles or similar is a plus.
7. Strong knowledge of defensive driving techniques and security protocols.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. High level of physical and mental stamina.
10. Familiarity with traffic laws and local routes.
11. Experience handling emergency situations and assisting passengers with special needs is desirable.
12. Prior experience in customer service or public transportation is preferred.

1. Follow safety rules and regulations rigorously.
2. Operate assigned vehicle in a safe and courteous manner.
3. Attend safety and other training sessions.
4. Participate in pre-shift safety meetings regularly.
5. Operate light vehicles, tankers, and other trucks as needed.
6. Assist with moving miscellaneous objects around the camp.
7. Provide logistical support to the maintenance department and drill site.
8. Transport passengers daily, ensuring safe and timely service.
9. Assist passengers in and out of the vehicle.
10. Complete pre-vehicle inspection forms before driving.
11. Provide safety briefing to passengers before each trip.
12. Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle inside and outside.
13. Transport vehicles to the workshop for maintenance checks.
14. Perform minor maintenance tasks on vehicles as required.
15. Respond immediately to accidents or medical emergencies, notify emergency responders, and provide First Aid until help arrives.
16. Serve as a positive role model while providing transportation services.
