Job Overview

  • Maintain effective coordination with supervisors, team leaders, departmental in-charges, and other relevant personnel for timely information collection and dissemination.
  • Manage documentation and processing related to Postgraduate Medical Training.
  • Oversee and facilitate House Job placement and related procedures.
  • Organize and circulate the monthly CPC lecture schedule.
  • Coordinate and schedule elective rotations for Postgraduate Trainees (PGTs)
  • Process and issue experience certificates for PGTs.
  • Handle auditorium bookings for academic and departmental events.
  • Prepare and submit PGT arrival reports in a timely manner.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of PGT attendance to PGMI.
  • Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries professionally
  • Address and resolve complex queries, complaints, and issues with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Department (HoD).
