Job Description: AI/ML Engineer

Join our team as an AI/ML Engineer responsible for designing, building, and deploying AI models, including Generative AI, to address business challenges. You will develop scalable architectures, collaborate with data engineers, and manage the entire lifecycle of AI models from data preparation to deployment and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models, including Generative AI models.
  2. Create scalable and efficient architectures for AI systems, ensuring integration with existing data pipelines.
  3. Work with data engineers to develop robust data pipelines for training and deployment.
  4. Manage the full lifecycle of AI models: data prep, training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
  5. Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
  6. Explore new AI technologies, frameworks, and algorithms to enhance capabilities.
  7. Contribute to R&D efforts for innovative AI-driven solutions.
  8. Mentor junior team members and lead code reviews to uphold best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
  • At least 6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data science.
  • Proven experience deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java.
  • Expertise with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Experience with NLP, computer vision, or deep learning, including transformers and LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT).
  • Proficiency with database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
