Scrum Lead / Engineering Lead / Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum / Technical / Engineering Lead resource to lead and guide our teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software projects / products.

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospectives)
  • Coach and mentor team members to adopt Agile principles and practices
  • Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder team progress
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team culture
  • Technical Leadership:
    • Provide technical guidance and expertise to the development team
    • Design and implement robust technical solutions
    • Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
    • Identify and address technical risks
  • Project Management:
    • Manage project timelines and deliverables
    • Track project progress and report on key metrics
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Team Management:
    • Manage a team of talented engineers
    • Set performance expectations and provide regular feedback
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Scrum Lead, Technical Lead, or Engineering Lead
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
  • Proven experience in software development and engineering practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages and technologies
