Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain networking solutions.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance network architecture.
  • Ensure network security and integrity.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Fortigate, Cisco, Unifi, and Sonicwall firewalls.
  • Configure and troubleshoot onsite and offsite backups (Datto).
  • Configure and troubleshoot VMs, Vcenter, and ESXi.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Microsoft Admin Center and Entra ID.
  • Configure and manage Email Security Gateways.
  • Configure and maintain DNS records.
Job Specification:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science (IT).
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in networking.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs, and routing protocols.
  • Experience with network monitoring tools and network security protocols.
  • Ability to work effectively in a night shift environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Must be able to articulate complex networking issues clearly and effectively.
