Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced E-Commerce Expert with a strong background in beauty and skincare products to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and scaling online sales across leading marketplaces including Amazon, eBay, Noon, and other regional platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of online storefronts on Amazon, eBay, Noon, etc.
  • Create and optimize product listings with high-quality content, SEO-rich titles, descriptions, and keywords.
  • Conduct competitor and keyword research to stay ahead of trends in the beauty & skincare category.
  • Develop and execute digital strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and sales.
  • Handle PPC campaigns, promotions, and sponsored ads to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor inventory, pricing, and product performance across platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure branding consistency and product readiness.
  • Resolve customer issues, returns, and negative reviews with professionalism.
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports on performance, sales metrics, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in E-Commerce or Marketplace Management.
  • Strong knowledge of beauty, skincare, or personal care product categories.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, and Noon Seller Portal.
  • Proficient in listing optimization, keyword research, product ranking, and campaign management.
  • Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Google Analytics, and PPC software.
  • Excellent written communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet KPIs and deadlines.
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
  • Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Daraz, TikTok Shop, or Flipkart.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) for product creatives.
  • Familiarity with email marketing and social media advertising in the beauty niche.
