Joblogic, a UK-based leading SaaS provider in Field Service Management (FSM) software, is looking for a Data Researcher & Lead Generation Specialist to support its sales and marketing teams. This role requires expertise in Excel, data research, lead generation tools, and CRM management to identify potential leads and optimize sales outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Conduct in-depth research to identify potential leads using tools such as Apollo, Lusha, Seamless, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other platforms.

Build and maintain targeted lead lists for outreach and sales.

Use lead generation software to automate and streamline the lead collection process.

Data Research:

Gather, organize, and validate data to ensure accuracy and quality.

Research company profiles, key decision-makers, and contact details.

Analyze industry trends, competitor information, and market insights to support business strategies.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Utilize Excel for data management, analysis, and visualization, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and macros.

Generate reports, dashboards, and key metrics to improve lead generation and sales strategies.

Database Management:

Maintain and update CRM systems (HubSpot) with clean and accurate lead data.

Ensure data privacy compliance and consistent data entry practices.

Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders:

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to align lead generation with business goals.

Foster cross-functional collaboration to optimize lead quality and conversion.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in data research & lead generation, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.

Expertise in Excel (including advanced functions like VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables, macros).

Strong experience with lead generation tools (Apollo, Lusha, Seamless, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).

Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot) for lead tracking and management.

Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with data scraping and automation tools.

Knowledge of lead generation and campaign management tools.
