Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled 3D Modeler and Animator to join our team and bring lifelike, interactive avatars to life. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating and animating 3D characters, with a focus on realistic facial animations and lip-syncing. You will work closely with our AI engineers to integrate these avatars into our AI-driven customer interaction platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, model, and rig 3D characters, focusing on facial expressions and movements.
  2. Create realistic lip-sync animations that align with speech inputs from our AI-driven system.
  3. Collaborate with AI engineers to ensure seamless integration of avatars with voice processing systems.
  4. Optimize 3D models for real-time rendering in various environments (web, mobile, etc.).
  5. Continuously iterate on character designs based on feedback to improve realism and user engagement.

Required Skills:

  1. Proficiency in 3D modelling and animation software (Blender, Maya, Unity 3D).
  2. Strong portfolio showcasing realistic character animations, particularly facial and lip-sync work.
  3. Experience with real-time rendering and performance optimization.
  4. Understanding of AI-driven systems and how they interact with 3D models.
  5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with Unity 3D's Animator and Timeline tools.
  2. Knowledge of the latest advancements in avatar and character animation technology.
  3. Familiarity with creating avatars for AI-driven customer service or similar applications.
