AA Joyland Pvt Ltd. is looking to hire Retail Manager for its Head Office based in Karachi

Location: DHA Phase 8
Position: Retail Manager
Salary: 130k - 150k
Job Type: Full-time

We are expanding Join us as we launch our newest outlet at Mega Mall, Karachi. We're on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Retail Manager who can lead from the front and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of retail store operations, including sales, staff management, inventory, and customer service
  • Drive sales performance and ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate retail staff to ensure high performance and team morale
  • Implement visual merchandising and in-store promotional strategies to enhance customer engagement
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards and handle customer queries and complaints efficiently
  • Monitor stock levels, manage replenishments, and coordinate with the supply chain team
  • Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Prepare sales reports and provide insights for continuous improvement
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum 4-5 years in a retail environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage team performance
  • Hands-on knowledge of POS systems, inventory control, and retail operations
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively
